The Parish chef and co-owner Peters offers a menu that is Southern comfort-focused, with Crawfish Hushpuppies and Guedry’s Gumbo to name a few. When a negative reviewer commented that The Parish will raise one’s cholesterol by 200 percent, Peters happily agrees.
Chicago native and chef-owner DiGrazia of 罗科’s Little Chicago Pizzeria has been serving Tucson since 1998. As proud as he is of his authentic Chicago-style pizza, he not only takes responsibility for reviews like “worst pizza ever,” but honorably accepts.
Mama Louisa’s chef-owner Elefante defended his late nonna’s honor when it came to negative reviews aimed at family recipes and his take on old-world traditions. Remaining daring and unapologetic, he doesn’t let the grandma-bashing haters dull his creativity.
